By using the Symptom Checker, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the medical disclaimers presented before and during the assessment, that the results are informational only and may contain errors, that you will not use the results as a substitute for professional medical advice, and that TRTGuide bears no responsibility for any actions you take or do not take based on your assessment results.
4. Clinic Directory and Referrals
TRTGuide provides a directory of TRT clinics for informational purposes. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any clinic listed on our platform. We do not verify the qualifications, licensing, or quality of care provided by any listed clinic. When you submit an inquiry, your information may be shared with one or more clinics as described in our Privacy Policy. Any relationship you form with a clinic is between you and that clinic. TRTGuide is not a party to that relationship and is not responsible for any services provided by any clinic.
We may receive compensation from clinics for introductions and from third-party product links displayed on the site.
5. Affiliate Links
TRTGuide may display links to third-party products and services, including at-home testing kits. These links are informational and are not medical recommendations. TRTGuide may earn a commission if you purchase through these links. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or safety of any third-party product or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRTGuide and Slantwise AI LLC, including its owners, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the site or any of its features
- Any assessment results generated by the Symptom Checker
- Any actions you take or do not take based on information provided by the site
- Any interactions or transactions between you and any clinic listed on the platform
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content on the site, including AI-generated content
- Any unauthorized access to or loss of your data
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if TRTGuide has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall TRTGuide's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to TRTGuide, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TRTGuide is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that any information provided is accurate or complete, that assessment results will be correct or applicable to your situation, or that any clinic listed on the platform is qualified, licensed, or suitable for your needs.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRTGuide, Slantwise AI LLC, and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
